The UE Graduate School has twenty accredited programs.
Seven programs—Master in Education, Master of Arts in Education, Doctor of Education, Master of Library and Information Sciences, Master in Public Administration, Doctor of Business Administration, and Master of Business Administration—are granted Level II Reaccredited Status by PAASCU, valid until November 2026.
Two programs—Master of Science in Construction Management and Master in Information Systems—are under Candidate Status by PACUCOA, valid until June 2025.
Two programs—Doctor of Information Technology and Master in Information Technology—are under Associate Status by PACUCOA, with the most recent visit conducted on March 30, 2023.
Two programs—Master in Accountancy and Master of Science in Accountancy—are under Candidate Status by PAASCU, valid until August 2025.

The UE College of Dentistry’s Doctor of Dentistry program is Level II Reaccredited Status (valid up to January 2028).

The UE College of Arts and Sciences–Manila has eight accredited programs: Liberal Arts Program, Level IV Reaccredited Status (valid until November 2027); BS Mathematics, Level III Reaccredited Status (valid until April 2027); BS Biology, Level III Reaccredited Status (valid until April 2027); BS Psychology, Level III Reaccredited Status (valid until April 2027); BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, Level III Reaccredited Status (valid until May 2029); AB Broadcasting, Level II Reaccredited Status (valid until April 2028); AB Journalism, Level II Reaccredited Status (valid until April 2028); and Bachelor of Library and Information Science, Level II Reaccredited Status (valid until April 2028).

As of January 2026, the UE College of Business Administration-Manila has two PACUCOA-accredited programs: the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program, Level IV Reaccredited Status(valid until October 2027), and the BS Accountancy program, Level II Reaccredited Status (valid until January 2028).

As of May 2026, the UE College of Computer Studies and Systems, which is certified by the Commission on Higher Education as a Center of Excellence in Information Technology Education, has four PACUCOA accreditation statuses: BS Computer Science, Level IV Reaccredited Status (valid until March 2028); BS Information Technology, Level III Reaccredited Status (valid until December 2028); BS Information Systems, Level I Accredited Status (valid until August 2022); and BS in Entertainment and Multimedia Computing, Candidate Status.

As of May 2026, the programs of the UE College of Education-Manila have the following PAASCU accreditation status: Level III Reaccredited Status: 1. Bachelor of Elementary Education 2. Bachelor of Secondary Education 3. Bachelor of Physical Education 4. Bachelor of Special Needs Education 5. Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics 6. Basic Education (K–10). Level II Accredited: 7. Senior High School.

As of May 2026, four programs of the UE College of Engineering-Manila have PACUCOA accreditation statuses: BS Civil Engineering, Level III Reaccredited Status (valid until September 2027); BS Computer Engineering, Level II Reaccredited Status (valid until November 2027); BS Electrical Engineering, Level I Reaccredited Status (valid until August 2024); and BS Mechanical Engineering, Candidate Status (valid until August 2025).
