Go to the UE Online Registration System听(/iEnroll/login.html).

Step 2

Log in using your student number and access code.

If you are having trouble signing in because of various reasons like
鈥淪ee the Dean鈥�; 鈥淪ee the Guidance Counselor鈥�; 鈥渋ssue on your access codes鈥�;听 or 鈥渋nactive student number for foreign students鈥�, please send an email to:

听鉁�听听ienroll.mla@ue.edu.ph听(for Manila Campus)
听鉁�听听ienroll.cal@ue.edu.ph听(for Caloocan Campus)

with your Name, Student no., and Course and the nature of your problem.

Step 3

Choose the subject/s to enroll and click save.
听

Step 4

Select payment scheme听(full payment or installment).
听

Step 5

Proceed to payment.
  • Option 1: PNB Over-over-the-Counter
  • Option 2: G-Cash
  • Option 3: BancnetATM and Online Banking
听

Send your proof of payment or deposit information, immediately to听finance@ue.edu.ph听for validation purposes.
For G-Cash payments, please send the screenshot of your transaction receipt and 鈥淣OT鈥� the confirmation text message. Please take note that the proofs of payment not sent to the above email might cause delay in the validation of your payment.
听

Step 7

After the validation, you may download a copy of your registration form in pdf
(via听ue.edu.ph/iEnroll/login.html听or听/portals/sp/). To log in, type in your complete details (Student Number, Acess Code and/ or Birthday) and click on the download button.

Sample Transaction Receipts (Step 6 example)
Below are sample transaction receipts for your references. In sending any of these transaction receipts as proof of payment, please make sure that you indicate your NAME, STUDENT NUMBER, AMOUNT PAID, DATE OF PAYMENT and NAME OF BANK (for Bancnet online payments).
