Ahead of the July 27, 2021, start date of UE college upperclassmen enrollment for the incoming first semester of school year 2021-2022, we are posting this guide to online enrollment for the information of our incoming college upperclassmen of UE Manila and UE Caloocan, as well as of the UE Graduate School.

UE college upperclassmen enrollment will begin this Tuesday, July 27, 2021, while enrollment for UE college transferees, degree-holders/second-degree applicants, and cross-registrants will begin on Wednesday, July 28, 2021.

Please be guided by these steps to upperclassman enrollment:

Step 1: Go to the UE Online Registration System ().

Step 2: Log in using your UE student number, access code and birthdate.

Step 3: Choose the course/s (or subject/s) to enroll and save. Be sure to take a screenshot of your chosen course/s (or subject/s) for your reference.

Step 4: Select your payment scheme (i.e., full payment or installment).

Step 5: Proceed to making your payment. There are three options: over-the-counter at any Philippine National Bank branch, GCash, or BancNet ATM or BancNet Online.

Step 6: Email your proof of payment—with your full name and UE student number—to finance@ue.edu.ph for the validation of your official receipt after a few working days.

Step 7: Upon the validation of your payment, download your temporary registration form (via ). To log in, type in your complete details (Student Number, Access Code and Birthdate) and click on the Download Temporary Registration Form hyperlink. Then check your UE Student Portal account to confirm your enrollment details.

Online UE Summer Classes for 2021 Set /cal/online-ue-summer-classes-for-2021-set/ Thu, 03 Jun 2021 02:32:34 +0000 /cal/?p=17603 As was done last year, the University will offer online classes for Summer 2021 for certain existing students of the UE colleges and Graduate School and in Grades 11 and 12. Registration will be online as well. (NOTE: These summer classes are not for incoming new students.)

Indicated below are relevant dates and the detailed online registration and payment procedures for Summer 2021.

College & Graduate School:

Online Registration for All Year Levels: June 4 (Fri.) to 14 (Mon.)
Last Day of Late Registration: June 18 (Fri.)
First Day: June 14 (Mon.)
Midterm Exam Day: June 30 (Wed.)
Last Recitation Day: July 19 (Mon.)
Final Exam Day: July 20 (Wed.)
Deadline for Encoding & Posting of Final Grades: July 26 (Mon.)

Senior High School:

Online Registration for All Year Levels: June 1 (Tues.) to 7 (Mon.)
Last Day of Late Registration: June 11 (Fri.)
First Day: June 7 (Mon.)
Last Recitation Day: July 12 (Mon.)
Final Examination Day: July 13 (Tues.)
Deadline for Posting of Final Grade: July 19 (Mon.)
Distribution of Certificate of RCM: July 20 (Tues.)

The online registration procedure for Summer 2021 classes is as follows:

Step 1: Go to UE’s Online Registration System via //www.ue.edu.ph/iEnroll/login.html.

Step 2: Log in using your student number and access code.

(If you cannot sign in because of certain issues—such as “See the Dean,” “See the Guidance Counsellor,” “See the Principal/Assistant Principal,” issues with your access codes or inactive student number for foreign students—please email ienroll.mla@ue.edu.ph (for UE Manila students) or ienroll.cal@ue.edu.ph (for UE Caloocan students) with your name, student number, course/degree program or SHS year level and track/strand, and the nature of the problem.)

Step 3: Choose the course/s (or subject/s) to enroll and save. Take a screenshot of your chosen course/s (or subject/s) for your reference.

Step 4: Select your payment scheme (i.e., full payment or installment).

Step 5: Proceed to payment. The payment options are: PNB over-the-counter, GCash, BancNet ATM, online banking or on-campus payment.

Step 6: For payments made off-campus, please email your proof of payment or deposit information immediately to finance@ue.edu.ph for the validation of your payment within the next few working days. Payments cannot be validated unless sent to the aforesaid email address of the UE Finance Office.

(For GCash payments, please send the screenshot of your transaction receipt and NOT the confirmation text message.)

Step 7: Once your payment is validated, you may download a copy of your registration form in PDF format, via  or //www.ue.edu.ph/portals/sp/. To log in, type in your complete details (student number, access code and/or birthdate) and click on the Download button.

Online admission and registration for incoming brand new students of the UE Colleges and the Graduate School will go into full swing this Tuesday, June 1, 2021—with August 9, 2021, as the first day of UE’s 1st Semester, SY 2021-2022 classes for all College and Graduate School students. Please see the banner for the key enrollment and first-semester dates.

(All UE Basic Education/Kinder to Grade 12 classes will likewise begin on August 2, 2021.)

Aspiring UE College freshmen who have already taken the UE Ability and Career Interest Inventory (UE ACII) are enjoined to enroll as soon as possible. Please see the instructions below.

Incoming UE college freshmen who have not yet taken the UE ACII, please see the guide to applying here:

*Web-based/Online Enrollment of Incoming, Brand New UE College Freshmen:*

Step 1. Go to the UE Online Application for Admission: //www.ue.edu.ph/onlineadmission then click on the blank “Apply for” field on the left column, select “College” and proceed to “Step 2: Enrollment” at the right column.

Step 2: Enrollment Proper. Log in using your application number and password. (The application number can be found in your application form, while the password is the one you created during your application for the UE ACII. If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot my password” and follow the procedures.)

Step 3. Upload your credentials for admission. (For UE SHS graduates: No need to upload your credentials; proceed directly to Step 4.)
3.1. Grade 12 Report Card/Form 138
3.2. Latest certification of good moral character
3.3. PSA-issued birth certificate
3.4. If applicable: Certificate of Academic Rank for Overall Rank 1 and Rank 2 with at least 50 graduates in their batch.

Step 4. Choose your class schedule: morning or afternoon, as well as your National Service Training Program (NSTP) schedule. (Class schedules are subject to the availability of slots and are on a first-come-first-served basis.)

Step 5. Select your tuition payment scheme (i.e., full payment or installment).

Step 6. Check your email inbox for instructions on submitting your original enrollment requirements to the UE Admissions Office (i.e., in person through an adult proxy or via courier).

Step 7. Check your email inbox for your pre-enrollment form (PEF). (If the enrollment requirements are submitted on campus via an adult proxy, a printed PEF will be provided.)

Step 8. Proceed to tuition payment, through these options: PNB over-the-counter, GCash, BancNet ATM or at the UE cashier’s window on campus. (On-campus payments can be made on non-holiday Mondays to Fridays, 8 a.m. to 12 noon or 1 to 4 p.m.)

Step 9. Promptly send your proof of payment or deposit information to finance@ue.edu.ph for the validation of your payment within one to two working days (i.e., not counting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after emailing your proof of payment.

Step 10: Once you are enrolled, you can download a copy of your UE registration form at . To log in, fill up your complete details (Student Number, Access Code and Birthday) and click the Download Registration Form button located at the bottom of the page.

Step 11. Check for the UE Admissions Office’s email on how to start accessing your UEmail address and Canvas account and about the start of your SY 2021-2022 classes.
